Exp: 0-3 years; Sr. Technical Lead Job Description
  • Provide technical direction to the team and be a key contributor on all projects.
  • Gather functional requirements, develop technical specifications, and ensure project delivery as per the defined quality standards, acceptance criteria, and schedule.
  • Responsible for designing, developing and integrating Web based applications and related backend systems.
  • Design and develop scalable solutions, enforce coding guidelines, and perform coding with the Team.
  • Responsible for driving complex technical projects from the planning stage through execution.
  • Responsible for defining and maintaining the overall architecture for all system/program/initiatives.
  • Ability to solve highly technical complex problems and be called on to deliver within tight deadlines and budget
  • Distribute the development work following agile methodology
  • Able to work in a highly demanding environment and plan the deliveries
  • Envisioning architectural scheme, information structure, features, functionality and user interface design. Must have
  • Familiarity with JavaScript framework such as React.js or Angular 6/7, Mobile App Development(Android, iOS, React native, Flutter), MERN stack.
  • Proficiency with Server side languages such as Node.js or Java or Python,GO,.net
  • Familiarity with database technology such as MY SQL, Mongo DB and Postgres, Big Data, Hadoop, Block Chain.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Hands on experience in testing (both automotive like Selenium and manual as well)
  • Having hands on experience in Technical documentation.
