Education: BE civil/ ME structures/ Mtech structures

Skills:

Fluency and skill in the CAD.
Well versed with Indian standard of loading and design of steel strutures.
Proficiency in Office, STAAD and/or Tekla.
Excellent communication skills verbal as well as written; listening, comprehension, and feedback.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Perform analysis and design of steel structures using design softwares based on inputs provided. Deliver a optimised design considering factors such as durability, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
Lead a team of designers and engineers in the development of structural designs for diverse projects. Ensure the delivery of error free, high-quality, safe, and innovating solutions.
Take ownership of multiple projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Review project requirements and architectural/ GA drawings to develop detailed structural design plans and specifications. Ensuring design compliance with relevant Is codes, safety norms etc.
Oversee the preparation of construction documents, drawings, and calculations. Preparing the same as and when required.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, construction professionals, and clients, to achieve project objectives. Address design-related queries.
Stay updated with new design methodologies, and emerging technologies to implement best practices and innovative solutions in structural design

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
