Job Title: Solar Project Supervisor

Location: LR Energy, Rajasthan

Responsibilities

Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar projects in accordance with company standards and industry regulations.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Supervise a team of technicians and contractors, providing guidance and support as needed.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets safety and performance standards.
Monitor project progress, budget, and resource allocation, and report any deviations to management.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize risks and accidents on-site.
Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including installation records, maintenance logs, and incident reports.
Train and mentor junior staff members to develop their skills and expertise in solar energy systems.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a related field.
Proven experience in supervising solar installation projects, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong technical knowledge of solar energy systems and components.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
Adherence to safety regulations and protocols.

Salary Range: INR 20,000 to 25,000 per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
