Roles and Responsibilities

Your role:
Tickets management (Screening, Dispatching, Tracking).
Resolve tickets (Incidents and request) on our BI Stack related to ERP and CRM sources.
Work with product owners to create, revise, and validate end-user learning materials,
Mentor junior staff and conduct business user training as needed.
Support developers to prepare test data and perform testing activities.
Work with end users and partners to resolve operational issues and mitigate risk.
Work on analytical tools such as Analysis for Excel, SAP Analytics Cloud and SAC, Power BI.
Provide support to business and teams, including data issue investigation.
Create and maintain roles.
Help drive data quality and data governance.
You have:
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Information Technology or other relevant fields.
Minimum of 3 years work experience in Business Intelligence.
Experience with SAP BW, SAP HANA, SAP ECC, SAP CRM (Sales and Service CRM).
Knowledge in data modelling, particularly based on the SAP BW, SAP HANA concept and ABAP.
Extensive knowledge in SAP BW and SAP HANA authorization concept.
Experience in Power BI will be a plus.
Strong analytical, communication, documentation, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task, manage tasks efficiently and effectively.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to Handle P1 and P2 tickets within SAP BW.
A passion for data and information.
Very strong in providing support.
