Role Summary:

The Graduate Specialist- Systems Administration would be responsible for handling all Support for all System administration activities for assigned customer groups.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative and technical duties associated with the support, monitoring and routine tasks associated with systems environment at HealthAsyst
  • Trouble shooting for Systems Administration issues as assigned
  • Assist in the preparation of System Administration documentation
  • Assists in installing updates and patches to Operating Systems and network hardware
  • Provide assistance in LAN/WAN maintenance and management procedures
  • Provide assistance in analyzing departmental needs and evaluating alternative solutions
  • The incumbent normally performs regular assignments through guidance given by the supervisors or managers
  • The incumbent has discretion to make decisions within the scope of one’s responsibilities
  • Follow process guidelines as identified through department standard operating procedures
