Team Lead and Desktop Support L2

Candidate should have Bachelor’s Degree

Good English Proficiency ,

Should have good Personality and Presentation Skills .

Excellent customer service, time management and organizational skills

Candidate should have worked at Enterprise Customer Site.

Atleast 7 years Experience and Age < 34 years

Candiate Should be a Male

Ready to Join immediately

Candidate should have IT Skills with Certifications MCSA Certification for at least

Windows 8.1 Pro or Windows 10 Pro

should know Windows Server 2008R2/ Windows Server 2012 /Windows Server 2019

Domain Infrastructure

Should have Good Knowledge of Office 365,Word ,Excel, Power Point, Outlook,Teams

Should have Basic Networking knowledge of Swithces , Routers , Firewall ,IPV4 addressing

Should have worked on Video Conferencing Equipment

Should be acquainted with IP Telephony

should have knowledge of ITIL framework (prefer ITIL v3 certification)

Candidate will be resposnible to lead the Team to extend IT Support and update

Coordinate with Customer IT Head and Team for service delivery to end users at site

Candidate will be responsible to Support IT Setup at Head Office of a leading
Fortune 500 MNC Customer

Trouble shoot and Deploy Desktops/Laptops Problems

Connect Desktops to Domain, assist to deploy company specific desktop

Coordinate to Apply OS patches /upgrades

Coordinate with the Help Desk to close the tickets by following up with the

respective vendor support team and provide quicker resolution

Printers Support

Solve Problems of Printers ,MFP by coordinating With the respective vendor

LAN /WAN / WLAN Support

Candidate should be able to identify LAN / WAN/Wireless / Firewall Problems

and coordinate with Network Help Desk and ISP Help Desk for resolution

Coordinate with ISP for WAN Upgrades

Smart Phones Support

Configure Smart Phones for Enterprise Apps

Coordinate with Mobile Vendor for service delivery

VIP Support

Coordinating with Meeting Rooms and extending VIP support for IT and video conference

Managing Assets and Submitting Reports and Presentations

Assist with inventory, audits of hardware, software and parts

Maintain ,collect and update Data of All Sites

Will be responsible to generate reports , giving presentation for the IT Ticket

statistics using Excel Graphs , PPT

Provide Inputs to IT Heads for improvisation of Services and project planning

Expected Start Date: 24/8/2021

Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Language:
