What You Will Be Doing

Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest
Conduct daily briefings, manage and supervise the tasks of the team
Take ownership of guests’ privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service
Ensure Cleanliness of guest rooms, guest corridors, linen rooms, HK pantries as per the procedure set
