TEAM LEADER - Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Manage and guide the sales team under him/her.

· Devise new strategies for improving FOSs performances.

· Execute action plans to generate end customer demand to maximize sales of responsible team of FOS.

· Strict monitoring and review performances of FOSs in the territory.

· Constant Training and evaluation of FOSs to ensure they are functioning at their best.

· Execute action plans to generate end customer demand through personal meetings, events, training sessions etc.

· Generate end customer demand through specifiers and project owners.

· Assist FOS with distributors meeting and key account closures

· Achieve targets, both individually and as a team

· Work as a brand manager by developing strategies and marketing campaigns according to local market requirements.

· Assist Program manager in defining GTM strategy according to territorial inputs.

· Territory mapping of resources to ensure complete and strategic market coverage.

Key Requirements:

· Education – Any Graduation.

· Resources should have FMCG industry sales experience of minimum 3 years, specifically in market development.

  • Excellent written English communication and training skills. Effective communicator; will interact with many departments and individuals in person, or via phone and/or e-mail.

· Leadership skills and experience of at least 2 years Team handling.

· Maintain an enthusiastic travel program to visit all regions for business development and hand-holding as well as support of ground staff.

· Conveyance, smart phone.

· Basic knowledge of MS-Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
