We’re hiring for Team Lead (Business Planning and Operations) for Multiple Locations in India.

Job Locations: Pune/ Bangalore / Hyderabad / Nagpur / Goa

No of Position : 10

Job Requirements
  • Tracking the revenue forecast and other operational metrics on a regular basis.
  • Providing models and organizing data analysis for the various operational metrics.
  • Play a crucial role in creating dashboards and trackers to present operational parameters.
  • Responsible for improvement and analysis of efficiency related parameters like resource utilization, gross margin, revenue leakage and all other operational parameters of the business units.
  • Providing business intelligence and presenting actionable information to help delivery head and delivery partners to make more informed business decision.
  • Assist in revenue optimization and revenue forecasting.
  • Business unit executive support to delivery head and delivery team.
  • Preparation of various periodic, ad-hoc reports & dashboards.
  • Recognizing, developing, and implementing process improvements within the delivery organization.
  • Own the operational activities like invoicing, quotes generation etc. through a team.
