Job Summary

We are searching for an innovative Technical Lead to join our company. As the Technical Lead, you will oversee the company’s technical team and all projects they undertake, analyze briefs, write progress reports, identify risks, and develop work schedules. You should be able to work with your team and inspire them to reach their goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Analyzing existing operations and scheduling meetings to discuss improvements.
• Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.

• Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.

• Implementing the best practices and coding standards of the project.

• Collaborating with their team to identify and fix technical problems.

• Analyzing the requirements and then finding applications to serve them.

• Conducting security audits to identify areas of improvement

• Code reviews of the team to maintain the best practices and standards within the team.

Skills and qualification

• Technical Expertise- Java, Cloud Services, Database, Software integration, Security protocols etc.

• Relevant Experience in Product development or Service based IT companies

• Angular JS & Knowledge of hospitality is added advantage .

• Education Qualification in MCA, MTech or relevant education in CS or IT.

• Lead should be proactive while reacting to the surprises and should have written explanations for the same.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹50,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per year
