About the Role

We are seeking an Inbound Sourcer to join our global talent acquisition team. and help us identify and attract top talent for our organization. The successful candidate will own the process of reviewing, assessing, and dispositioning our inbound candidate pipeline for various global roles across Rippling. This person will closely partner with recruiters and be a critical part of this highly functioning team.

What you will do
  • Review resumes and identify strong candidates based on job requirements
  • Manage the inflow of resumes and ensure all candidates are tracked in our applicant tracking system
  • Manage all candidate activity in our ATS. Disposition of all candidates. Ensure timely, consistent, quality communications with all inbound applicants to help us drive excellence in candidate experience
  • Manage inbound employee referrals. Maintain communications with referrals and referees.
  • Become a subject matter expert in target candidate profiles and team domains.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future job openings.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date with recruiting best practices and market trends.
What you will need
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to identify top talent
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools is a plus
