Job Role: Technical Recruiter ( Multi-Channel Specialist)

Job Location: Remote/ Noida, India

Profile Summary

Our ideal candidate should be passionate about all-things-talent-hunt. We need someone who has evolved herself/himself in the last two years, unlearned the old school of hiring, and overcome the mental block of hiring from only Job boards and only Full time hires.

Our hiring dimensions have grown dynamically post-pandemic, and our hiring mix includes 50% of Full-Time Hires and 50% of part-time and Full-time contractors.

We are looking for dynamic candidates who have either ventured into the new hiring world already or willing to take a dive quickly.

We source from Naukri, Linkedin, Upwork, and Vendor partners, and we want you to exploit all these platforms

Job Responsibilities
  • Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Lifecycle from fixing up interviews to negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, interviews & On-Boarding etc.
  • Source potential candidates through all the possible channels other Tech Communities and use appropriate sourcing strategies to ensure closures within the company’s TAT
  • Interact with stakeholders/ hiring managers to understand the exact job requirements
  • Prepare job descriptions based on the need
Skills/ Competencies
  • Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source passive candidates proactively is a must.
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Should be aggressive, dynamic and result oriented
Experience: 2 to 5 years

Start Date: Immediately

Compensation: As per the experience and industry standards + Incentives
