Detailed Work Profile


  • Responsible for Fulfilling Management’s Objective related to Production activities in the shift.
  • Ensure the Production/Operations in accordance with plant Policies and Procedures.
  • Operate within established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of the Plant
  • Continuous inspection of surface and shape of automotive coils in the CAPL Furnace.
  • Ensuring all Production Quality parameters such as the mechanical and surface properties are as per customer requirements
  • Detect defects and immediately inform the controlling section.
  • Adhering to Quality, Environment & Safety guidelines as described by IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards in the Plant premises.
