Job Role :To recruit Business Mentors (BMs) and assist them accomplish desired targets

  • To ensure that BMs recruit, appoint and train PFAs
  • Conduct regular BM and PFA meetings and update them on new earning opportunities and enablement initiatives
  • Ensure BMs and PFAs are adequately trained by the training team for the Job
  • To drive BMs & PFAs to achieve their earning goals thereby achieving personal business target

Experience : Minimum 4 to 5 years
Benefits : Mediclaim for Family, Rewards,Bonus, Incentives upto 2 lakhs, own office etc

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
