Hiring Territory Manager for one of our client company dealing into sales & supply of Seeds!

Job Profile: Territory Manager
Location: Bihar
  • Biharsharif / Gaya/ Nawada
  • Muzzaffarpur / Chapra / Samastipur/ Dharbanga

    • Roles & Responsibilities
    • Direct farmers contact during seed plot inspection.
    • Organize training program for farmer motivation & updating of new techniques.
    • Handling B to B and B to C sales throughout the territory. Personal meetings with customers ( farmers), presenting
    • the testimonials and product portfolios, and giving them genuine information which builds trust in the
    • product, collecting customer feedback through videos, providing free samples, exploiting new markets
    • always maintaining the quality and keeping the promises.
    • Village selection & Grower selection before sowing.
    • Timely basic seed distribution.
    • Timely field visit &Timely Rouging plan.
    • Responsible for all levels of quality control / quality assurance.


    Requirements Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
    Experience: 2 to 3 years of exposure of marketing, branding, promotion & sales of seeds by visiting or directly interacting with farmers.
    Language:Must be familiar with local languages of Bihar.

    BenefitsSalary: CTC up to 4.20 lacs per annum
