Roles and Responsibilities

  • Experience in OTC Sales.
  • Liaise, guide and supervise commercial partners to create direct partnership and links with pharmacies and wholesalers in the territories assigned and execute all sales & promo activities. Align all functions with company goals and strategies.
  • Meeting sales targets by implementing POS activities and following up on promotional events
  • Implementing sales campaigns targeted at specific vertical and product markets
  • Deploy and monitor pharmacy sales plans in assigned territory
  • Pharmacy detailing for brand reference and endorsement
  • Sales to key customers (W/S, Key Accounts, Retail Chains, Modern Trade etc)
  • Pharmacy training pharmacists and assistants
  • Contracts deployment and negotiation
  • Coordinate the execution of marketing & promotional activities in the market place to derive maximum benefit out of such promotional initiatives
  • In addition to regular market visits to ensure availability of company products in the market, also to check competitor’s activities and look for new business opportunities in order to safeguard the customer base and increase market share

COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior experience in pharmacy sales
  • Professional and mature attitude towards resolving problems with a behavior competency to build relationships
