Role Summary/Purpose

This role of a Mechanical Design Engineer / Auxiliary System Engineer involves working with Turbo-Machineries accessories such as ,
Lube Oil Console skid
Machinery Civil Foundation & Mechanical Purchaser connection drawing
Machinery Baseplate Construction and machinery assembly
Skid Piping for Lube Oil, Seal gas, Control Oil, Seal Steam Piping Layout and isometrics.
Walkways & Grating and Piping General Arrangement
Document Management in TCE
Technical Discussion with Customer
Checklist, PDCA and knowledge management

Job Description

Good at creating 3D models & detailed design drawings in UGNX10.
Good at UGNX Assemblies, Cloning, Associated Detailing, Sketch Base Modeling
Good at UGNX Layer, Expressions.
Added advantage, if create Base plate Modeling & Drafting with Bill of Material Generation
Preferable: Exposure in Mechanical Routing Module
Experience in Skid Piping Design, General Arrangement drawings, Supports drawing, Isometrics, Detail Drawings & comfortable in execution of engineering activities in UGNX. If you know PDMS/E3D is added advantage.
Maintain quality & on-time delivery
Support the peer review process rigor, defect prevention and leveraging of best practices within the team.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or Diploma in Mechanical
2-4 Years of experience in UGNX10
Preferable: Product knowledge on centrifugal compressor / steam turbine / gas turbine.
Ability to understand and implement design standards and configuration
Preferable: Knowledge of international codes like ANSI, ASME,API.
Fluency in English
