For more details find below Job Requirements: Job Roles And Responsibility • Team Recruitment Development • Training and Manage a Team • Client Relationship • Business Development • Sales Support to your team and customers • Recruiting and Managing team of financial advisors/agents. • Train team members on selling and products. • Plan/ Control/ Monitor team to meet desired business numbers. • Manage Performance, Persistency and Profitability of the unit assigned. Candidates Requirements • 4 to 6 Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing in Bfsi /Insurance or Similar Industry • Excellent in Communications and Presentation skills • Problem Solving Skills • Should be willing to travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹26,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per year
