Summary:

  • We are a rapidly expanding BFSI business committed to offering our customers first-rate financial services. We are looking for a business level manager who is results-oriented to guide our team and advance our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and carry out strategies to accomplish organizational goals.
  • Lead, teach, and motivate a productive team.
  • Examine market developments, rivalry, and changes in the law for expansion potential and hazards.
  • For fulfilment , cultivate and maintain important client relationships.
  • To maximize profitability, manage budgets, financial planning, and cost controls.
  • Create and put into action risk reduction plans while ensuring compliance.
  • Find new business opportunities, alliances, and revenue streams.
  • Work closely with agents to create and execute effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with our business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field .
  • Proven experience 2 years in a sales and marketing role within the BFSI sector.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial markets and regulations.
