1. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.

2. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.

3. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.

4. Providing technical support across the company .

5. Setting up accounts for new users and complete system setup .

6. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.

7. Monitors performance and provides troubleshooting for system hardware and software.

8. Responsible for complete backup and restoral of organizational clients systems to the most recent information.

9. Monitors and maintains the use of the photocopiers and network printers.

10. Assist in the organization and inventory of all hardware and software resources.

11. SAP end user support for the connectivity and software concern.

12. RAMCO and SAVIOR HRMS end user support for the connectivity .

13. IT support vendors management .

14. Service sheet creation in SAP for IT services .

15. CCTV camera infrastructure management .

16. Remote support if required in non-working hours .

17. Support for other plants IT and SAP activities as per requirement .
