I am writing to you with the intent to introduce Hire Desk - A Leadership Advisory Firm. Currently we are having job opening for one of the Real Estate company.


Designation Finance Controller

Location - Powai


Reporting to Head of Finance


Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Will be acting as a financial controller for Future City project.
  • Will be responsible for cash flow management and fund release for the entire Future City project.
  • Analyse financial data and create financial models for decision support
  • Prepare reports on financial performance for regular leadership reviews.
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • To handle all the lender compliances.
  • Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
  • Will be responsible for coordinating all the requirements from banks regarding CA certificates, MIS etc.


Requirement

  • MBA in Finance or CFA
  • Should have advance knowledge of real estate sector
  • Should be self-driven
