Enexus Global Inc, is US based IT Staffing and Consulting Company, is looking to hire Business Development Executives & Managers/ Technical Recruiters for its Jalandhar office. We are looking for smart, talented and highly energetic candidates with extraordinary English speaking & writing skills. 1. IT Technical Recruiter :-

Job Description

  • Ideally, the candidate should be from an IT background, knows the basics latest IT technologies, programming languages.
  • Source candidates using multiple channels like job portals, internal database, social media, etc
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience full recruitment cycle for US clients.
  • Review the job description; understand the requirements of the clients and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement.
  • Strong experience in assessing and qualifying candidates; sourcing active/passive candidates utilizing up-to-date recruiting techniques via networking, referrals, expanded Internet sourcing in addition to job-board portals.
  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
  • Knowledge of US culture and work authorizations (US Citizen, Green Card, TN, H1B, OPT / CPT, different EAD types).
  • Basic understanding of Employment terms [W2, 1099, Corp-2-Corp].
  • Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Build a strong candidate relationship & credibility to leverage their trust for getting referrals.
  • Negotiating wage rates and other terms of employment and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.
  • Should come up with innovative and smart ways of doing work, without compromising on quality.





2. Business Development Manager/Executive :-

Job Description

  • Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
  • Identifying new sales leads
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers



Qualifications:

  • Both Graduates and Post Graduates are welcome.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Quality control
  • Enthusiasm in meeting targets which are assigned.
  • 1-5 years of experience as Recruiter/ BDM.
  • Able to provide quality leadership to a large team of sales people
  • Strong communication and IT fluency
  • Candidates with BPO experience can also apply.
