We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with strong graphic design skills to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing the user experience and user interface of our digital products, as well as creating visually appealing graphics that align with our brand identity. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to ensure that our designs effectively meet user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design:

Develop intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing user interfaces for our web and mobile applications.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.

Conduct user research and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve usability.

Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the final product.

Maintain a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and industry trends to drive design decisions.

Identify and address usability issues through careful analysis and thoughtful design solutions.

Graphics Design:

Design captivating graphics for various marketing materials, including banners, social media graphics, and promotional content.

Create visually consistent assets that align with our brand guidelines, ensuring a cohesive and professional look across all touchpoints.

Produce engaging visuals for presentations, reports, and other communication materials.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling visual content that effectively communicates our brand message.

Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and tools to continuously improve the quality of graphics produced.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field. A combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.

Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and thought process.

Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Sketch.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for creating exceptional user experiences.

Strong graphic design skills with an eye for detail and the ability to create visually appealing graphics that resonate with the target audience.

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and effectively communicate design ideas to non-design stakeholders.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of front-end development is a plus.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects with varying deadlines.
