Job Type: Full-Time; In-Office.

Role Description

The Video Production Specialist plays a crucial role in driving the agency’s visual storytelling, ensuring each video production meets high visual standards and aligns with client objectives. This role demands a proficient understanding of video production processes from start to finish, enabling the creation of polished, professional videos that resonate with target audiences.

Major Responsibilities:

Pre-Production:

• Collaborate closely with the creative team and client communication teams to develop and schedule monthly shoot calendars.
• Participate in creative sessions to brainstorm and develop effective video concepts that align with strategic goals.

Production:

• Oversee and participate in video shoots, ensuring content meets pre-defined editorial and technical standards.
• Provide creative and technical input on set, and direct shoots as necessary.

Post-Production:

• Compile recorded footage into a coherent and visually appealing final product.
• Edit videos to include sound, graphics, and other multimedia elements.
• Regularly consult with stakeholders to ensure content and style align with project goals.

Requirements

Experience & Education:

• At least 2–3 years of professional experience in video production, particularly in corporate videos, commercials, and social media content.
• A bachelor’s degree in film studies, cinematography, or a related field is preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
• Skilled in sound editing, colour correction, and visual effects.
