About This Organization

Mission: To ensure healthcare is delivered, not denied.

Dakshas Foundation helps marginalized patients get non-emergency medical treatment. It develops medical protocols, service design and health-tech to ensure 90+% of patients are treated in primary care. It also matches marginalized patients to aggregated, unused capacity of secondary and tertiary healthcare. These health-tech platforms are then made available to all nonprofits through ecosystems like Catalyst 2030, COVID-Action-Collab and Swasth Alliance.

A Board Reporting Dashboard to translate a nonprofit’s strategic and operating plans into a simple set of metrics that covers financial, administrative,

programmatic, and governance performance to focus on the drivers of the organization’s success.

To deliver healthcare to marginalized patients, we hope to transition to an organized entity and maximize impact. To regularly review our progress on planned milestones is critical to this mission. We invite your help to us in this transition.

We have a mission to outcomes/impact framework, standard SOP for managerial functions, milestones and organization development trackers. These are being embedded as automated workflows. We hope to consolidate these into a Board Reporting Dashboard
