    Job Description

    Looking for a skilled SW and System Test lead engineer to work on cutting edge Automotive- IoT fusion topic Perfectly Keyless (Phone as a Key), which is considered as the next big thing in the Connected automotive and security systems.

    The position requires skills of managing a V&V team, creating V&V strategies in collaboration with team from different domains.

    Working on this topic the resource shall experience a very interesting and challenging work flow with a wide spectrum from Requirement analysis, SW and System test specification creation, Automation scripting to Vehicle and bench level teste execution,

    Qualifications
    • Personality: Listen, understand and respond professionally to partner questions and issues while building trust. Self-starting with influencing and leadership skills.
    • Experience & Know-How: The resource shall posses sufficient working knowledge on Automotive testing of ECU firmware modules at Software and System levels,
      The position requires knowledge and understanding all V&V activities as per Automotive development process ASPICE ( Minimum ASPICE level 2)Basic knowledge wired communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, security related topics with HSM modules, wireless protocols such BLE, NFC is a appreciated
      Working knowledge on wireless protocols such BLE, NFC is a additional advantage.
    • Languages: We are cooperating with different worldwide locations. Therefore, we expect excellent English skills.
    • Education: Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field

    Required Skills
    • Experience 6- 10 Years
    • Creates holistic project specific V&V strategy which is derived from high level V&V strategy (e.g. product, business unit)
    • Peer to system architect to make sure system testing needs are taken into account at early stage for a project
    • Driving organization defined test strategy is implemented in an integration project
    • Responsible for system and acceptance test plan
    • Responsible for test specifications and test environment are ready as agreed with project
    • Responsible for continuous integration setup and maintenance of the same for applicable projects
    • Resourcing plan for system testing
    • Acceptance test resourcing agreement with customers
    • Test execution and reporting test/error status for system level
    • Compilation of the overall test report from input of all V&V activities (V&V activities on all levels)
    • Integration and testing risk management
    • Capable of 1st level of root cause analysis for errors by integration and test is in place inside the project
    • Advanced knowledge in Testing concepts & Test processes and practices, Tools and techniques
    • Active partition in customer co-ordination and technical interaction across locations
    • Ability to work with cross functional teams
