- Understanding of business requirements and use cases.

- Applying best practices on Zoho CRM, Desk, Project, Creator and other relevant Zoho Applications to derive best outcomes for our clients.

- API Integration with other Zoho Applications as well as 3rd Party Applications.

- Deluge Scripting / Custom functions for complex implementation projects

- Discussing and allocating work with Junior Developer

- Certain level of team management aspect will also be involved.

- Configuration of core Zoho Applications like CRM, Desk, Creator, Project, Campaign, etc

- Creation of reports and dashboards on all Zoho Apps, including Zoho Analytics.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
