Responsibilities

  • Scouting market for establishing vendor/ farmer base
  • Establishing contacts with market & driving intelligence for procurement
  • Developing contacts with local Wholesale/ market influencers
  • Charting independent demand channel & there by onboarding customers
  • Documenting and maintaining process flow for scaling in the near terms

Requirements

  • 5+ years of strong sales/procurement experience from FMCG / Telecom Industry / Healthcare / Pharmaceuticals / Agriculture and allied industries
  • Solid understanding of sales/procurement/trading fundamentals
  • Must have managed at least 4-5 direct reportees and large layered teams, especially field sales team
  • Proven people manager and team builder with references
  • Good communication & presentations skills, ability to motivate the team to achieve targets, fostering a high level of team growth and contribution
