What Technical Lead does in InMorphis on day to day basis?


Technical Lead is responsible for architectural support of the Service Management product/tool suite. Rapidly develop application on the ServiceNow platform, applying

innovative technical solutions to eliminate manual working.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery including: Application UI Configuration, Workflow Configuration
  • Design, configure and customize Service Now platform for client to implement/sustain the following modules Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, Configuration Management (CMDB), Change Management, Release Management, Asset Management, Service Catalog etc.
  • Integrate Service Now with other corporate applications via web services, mid server, email etc.
  • Development of required client specific custom reporting
  • Development of requirement integration components (SSO, LDAP, ADFS, SailPoint, Ping, etc.)
  • Interface with ServiceNow technical teams such as Cloud Infrastructure to successfully set-up the SaaS platform
  • Be a key member of the overall implementation project team
  • Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables that are technology related
  • Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences

Must Have Soft Skills

  • Proven experience in leading development and implementation of Service Now solutions.
  • Advanced exposure to scripting on Service Now platform Glide, Jelly, AJAX etc.
  • Experience with integration using Web Services, middleware etc.
  • Multiple end to end Service Now implementation exposure.
  • Proven experience working with other SAAS solutions/platforms.
  • Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, XSL, Web Services, etc.)
  • Able to Read and understands XML schemas
  • Solid understanding of SaaS, client server architecture, SOA and web services concepts
  • Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong interpersonal skills; customer-centric attitude; ability to deal with cultural diversity

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS

  • At least 1 deployment/administration of ServiceNow implementation.
  • ITIL trained, Certification will have an advantage
