Job Location: Gurgaon
Job Description:
It is a non-voice and non-technical profile.
Interaction with End-users and stakeholders is involved via Email/Chat.
Identify and report user issues & feedback through appropriate channels.
Effectively and judiciously escalate issues with clear communication
Ability and willingness to quickly complete large volumes of work with high quality
Requirements
Must be a Graduate
International Email Support process experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong logical reasoning skills.
Shift Timings: Should be flexible for 24*7 rotational shifts.
