We have urgent job opening for Export Manager job in a well-established MNC Company in Bangalore, Karnataka location.


JOB DETAILS:

Position: Export Manager

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Salary: Industry Standards

Qualification: BE- Mechanical, MBA/PGDM- International Business

Experience: 4- 8 years


1. Formulating strategy to increase export business in IMEA region.

2. Identifying new markets and finding ways to promote in the market.

3. Securing Orders & Execution in time.

4. Responsible for license/approvals/DGFT procedure/customs matters/export & licencing documentation.

5. Ensuring Contract in line with, international trade practices, insurance & INCOTERMS.

6. Handling export and import documentation, Banking, LC negotiation, freight negotiation, filing of MEIS & SEIS, rebate, drawback, etc.

7. Coordinate with plants, interaction with the Customs House Agent (CHA) and customs clearance for timely execution.

8. Outbound logistics, export packaging & customs clearance.

9. Export/ Import freight negotiations and optimising cost of exports.

10. Administer export of goods, ensure compliance to organizational policies & procedures, and manage all communication with export authorities for all required countries.

11. Export Data Collection from various sources, data analysis and sales report preparation & presentations to top management for strategic decision making.

Age, Experience & Qualification:

About 35 years of age with 5 years of experience in manufacturing company involving exports of OEM & Spare parts.

Must be a BE Mechanical with PGDM in International Business or MBA in International Business.

1. Candidate must have good English language communication skills both written and spoken.

2. Must be well versed with Foreign Trade Policies. Must be well versed with export formalities & obtaining export incentives.

3. Knowledge of customers in the IMEA region and exports procedures into those regions and dealing with

selling agents.

4. Knowledge of EPCG scheme.

Must be flexible to travel


Customers, Agents, Technical Sales Team Suppliers/ Vendors, Plant, Purchase, Finance & Accounts functions, other external agencies like customs, Bank, DGFT, Transporters
