Senior Integration Consultant

Job Description

ROLE SUMMARY

The role will focus on integration aspects from analysis to build and deploy and integration with both SAP and non-SAP solutions and collaboration with internal integration team, share knowledge, create and maintain documentation and involved with architectural decisions of the integration platform and integration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Within the federated architecture operating model and in collaboration with divisional architects and delivery teams:
  • Establish, maintain and align the Integration strategies including vision, roadmap, standards, patterns, best practices, technologies and roadmaps for integration
  • Identify integration foundational capabilities and design and architect those foundational solutions
  • Build and maintain status on the strategy and direction for integration capabilities
  • Build and drive definition and reuse of data assets and standard interfaces/APIs across

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Experienced in defining, managing and enforcing integration architecture and associated solutions, 5+ years, including the definition of standards, patterns and architectures for integration solutions, including APIs, RESTful Services, messaging, ETL, the associated technology solutions, security architecture and integration best practices.
  • Experienced in defining data and integration architectures incorporating HCM Cloud (SuccessFactors/Workday) and On-Premises solution elements and addressing the associated data and integration and security implications.
  • Experience in design, build and test using CPI/HCI and/or Dell Boomi. Must have worked on standard integration packages and have at least 2 end to end SuccessFactors implementations.
  • Additionally experience with integration architecture is a must and it would be nice to have SAP HR ABAP experience with integration of SuccessFactors and SAP.
  • Experience applying appropriate security controls to integrations, including identity management, encryption, authentication and authorization.
