Roles and Responsibilities


To act as SPOC (Single Point Of Contact) for all the Modern Trade customer

Ensure the sales will be scaled to the next level

To coordinate with DC Ops, Procurement, Quality and Finance

Ensure the payment collections are made as per SLA with the customer

To ensure the reconciliation takes place on regular basis

To prepare the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly report

Should achieve sales target month on month

Ensure the sales returns are minimized

Ensure the profitability by reducing dump and best pricing

Account mining


Desired Candidate Profile


Should have minimum 3 years experience in Modern Trade Sales preferably in F&V/Food/FMCG domain

Immediate joiners only are eligible for the position

Should be a minimum graduate

Should comfortably speak south Indian languages preferably candidate should be south Indian

No work from home is allowed

Should be ready to visit shop floor DC Operations area

Needs to be flexible in timings and accessible to handle customer’s queries and ensure it is resolved
