Roles and Responsibilities

- End-to-End ownership of the Sales and Growth of our product within the city as well as district

- Owning and delivering targets for Various sales Channels. Identify key SME clusters in the city and prepare an acquisition plan.

- Coordinate with Senior managers to solve real-time escalations on ground.

- Responsible for product expansion, sales management and revenue generation.

- Keeping track of customers/market/competitors and implement new and innovative sales strategies accordingly.

- Responsible for acquiring new key accounts/customers and maintaining the previous key accounts.

- Have a Strong knowledge on PagarBook sales process, services and product

Desired Candidate

- 1 to 5 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development and Revenue Generation

- Strong negotiation and influencing skills to create win-win situation

- Preferred Industry: Telecom/Fintech/E-commerce/Retail/Fmcg / Service based / SaaS Sales

- Local Language proficiency and geography knowledge is preferable

- Target-oriented and a data-driven approach towards sales

- High level of ownership and ability to work independently

- Ability to identify problem statement and fix them
