Assistant Manager | CoRe Knowledge Services | Globalizing Consulting Program- Deloitte Support Services India Pvt Ltd

Deloitte CoRe Knowledge Services is seeking high performance candidates to deliver knowledge management services to Globalizing Consulting Program by partnering closely with the Consulting CKO and teams to execute projects for customers and stakeholders.

Work you’ll do

Assistant Manager will be aligned to Consulting KM team and will work closely with the Consulting CKO & aligned stakeholders in executing specialized priorities. Specific responsibilities:

  • "Own" all online content management for Globalizing Consulting, including intranets (DR), Knowledge Assets, KX Quals, KX dash, and account team sites

o Work with Consulting CKO and program contacts on assessing current and future content needs

o Bring innovative approaches and tools to practice area content management and use

o Focus on content health, usability and consistency of sites for Globalizing Consulting Program

o Leverage the best Deloitte systems and technologies available

o Manage longer-term projects, such as site enhancements

  • Develop and leverage Global Consulting relationships, integration and content sharing.

o Collaborate across Global Consulting Practice to ensure consistency of user-experience and connection to common areas of interest; figure out how to collaborate and create joint products

  • Interact with the delivery teams and along with the Delivery Lead, drive/oversee the execution of Globalizing Consulting content management projects
  • Support access to Consulting insights and key practice information through ownership of the intranet portals and development of related knowledge collections/package content (e.g. sales support toolkits, key issues, Consulting Priorities material)
  • Provide input towards continual refinement and evolution of knowledge plans and strategies for Globalizing Consulting Program. Also assist in transforming key information and intellectual capital into value, working in partnership with the Consulting Knowledge Leaders
  • Set up and support communities and collaborate through seeding of relevant communities, curation of relevant content and leverage collaborative sharing tools (e.g. blogs, discussion boards)
  • Support development and optimization of team sites for select areas
  • Facilitate the creation and distribution of metrics and analytics dashboards detailing the use and adoption of Globalized Consulting sites and tools. Device an action plan based on the metrics report and collaborate with Consulting CKO leaders to implement.
  • Support execution of Globalized Consulting efforts and Knowledge Management programs and initiatives

Core skills Required

? Professional with 6-10 years of knowledge management experience; familiarity with executing KM projects, client service/account team experience a plus

? Knowledge of knowledge management-related platforms (e.g. SharePoint), electronic knowledge, repository management, intranets/portals, collaborative and social media tools, search, semantic technologies, ontologies/taxonomy, data structures, and KM processes

? Ability to work in a matrix organization and deal with ambiguity

? Leadership experience with ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and clients/account teams

? Ability to seamlessly interact with consulting leaders, practitioners, and related/supporting roles

? Candidate should also be adaptive and flexible as conditions change and have experience working as a change agent to influence others

? Strong verbal/written communication, presentation and relationship building skills – incl: virtual teams/clients

? Creative, independent thinker who can execute on the details

? Excellent research, analytical, collaborative and negotiation skills

? Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities

? Experience with collaboration and networking tools and working as a change agent to influence others

? Team player

? Bachelor/advanced degree, Postgraduates, MBA preferred

? Location is flexible (Hyderabad / Bengaluru); able to work effectively with a virtual team
