Role and Responsibilities

  • Counselling candidates for the academic courses offered by the company.
  • Managing inquiries - telephonic, emails or by any other mode.
  • Calling on assigned leads (students/parents).
  • Converting assigned leads into enrollments.
  • Assisting in assigned pre-enrollment and post enrollment activities.

Skills Required :

  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Functional knowledge of Excel & Word
  • Good at coordinating and organizing tasks
