Role Description
This is a full-time and hybrid role for an Accountant located in Hubli with flexibility for some remote work. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records and maintaining financial controls, including preparing and reviewing budgets and financial statements, reconciling accounts, and overseeing payroll functions for the organization to ensure compliance with regulations. Additional responsibilities include managing financial transactions, processing invoices, and preparing reports to assess organizational performance.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in Accounting, including experience managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial statements
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulations governing financial reporting and compliance
  • Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar programs
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and explain financial information to non-financial personnel
  • Ability to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to improve financial processes and controls
