Role ObjectiveWe are seeking a skilled Admin cum Office Facility Management Executive to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our office and manage the facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a professional and organized office environment, managing office supplies and equipment, and coordinating with vendors and service providers. Additionally, this position will involve providing administrative support to various departments and senior management.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Oversee and manage the day-to-day office operations and facility management Ensure office equipment, facilities, and supplies are properly maintained and organized Manage vendor relationships for office supplies, equipment, and services Coordinate with service providers, such as cleaning and maintenance teams, to ensure the office is clean and well-maintained Support various departments with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and scheduling Assist senior management with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reports Develop and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Respond to general office inquiries and assist with customer service inquiriesQualifications Experience Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field 2+ years of experience in office administration Prior experience in supporting a new office set up would be awesome. Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business software Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Proactive and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skillsWorking Conditions: This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, UP that may require moving around the city to support various teams.
