About The Position

The Admissions Coordinator focuses their efforts on executing and controlling the administrative process of applications and administrative procedures of participants.

They will have proven experience to work cross-functionally to ensure application processing consistency and efficiency in the Higher Education space. They ensureexcellent customer service to prospective students regarding cycle changes, invoice issuance, refund request confirmation letters etc.

The successful applicant will have strong problem-solving skills under ambiguous circumstances to enable the best outcome for our students while maintaining integrity with our partner relationships.

Maintain constant communication and serve as an administrative liaison team members, managers, and participants

Responsibilities
  • Coordination with internal stakeholders on processing of student applications
  • To screen student applications as per policies and procedures and log information into internal CRM systems.
  • To communicate empathetically admission policies and procedures to students upon the selection or otherwise.
  • Provide training and coaching to team members to ensure service standards are met.
  • Regular tracking, monitoring and follow up with the students for pending documents.
  • Work across teams to ensure program requirements and intakes are accurate to ensure optimal student outcomes.
  • Supporting the Management in resolving complex cases.
  • Work with our education partners to resolve application issues on behalf of our students.
  • To ensure timely application processing
  • Collation of master data for pending offer letters (education partner-wise data)
  • Analyze and evaluate those applications based on Emeritus policies.
  • Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reporting of applicant status
  • Provide inputs on the effectiveness of the admission criteria and procedures.
  • Adhering to the company and program policies.

Mandatory Requirements
  • Graduate with at least 3 years work experience in an education admissions field.
  • Previous experience in front line supervision of a team.
  • Working knowledge of CRM platform (Sales Force desirable).
  • Proficiency in proofreading/ editing text to ensure spelling and grammatical correctness.
  • Strong analytical abilities, detail-oriented and high level of accuracy
  • Should have a sound knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Presentations.
  • Ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced environment to meet multiple deadlines and adapt to new policies and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient English ability (Applicants to undergo Versant test and meet minimum requirements)
