Job Location: Chandigarh, Mohali & Zirakpur

Exp: 2 yrs - 10 yrs

Department: Agency - IM Channel

CTC: 2.50 Lacs to 5.50 Lacs

Job Responsibility:

Recruit Insurance Managers and Agents. Source Business for the Company.
Primary Responsibility is to recruit IM & agents as per plan.
Activate IM & agents on a monthly basis as per given plan.
Ensure active IM & advisor productivity is maintained as per the plan.
Understand, Monitor & Development the Agents and ensure that they meet the Career Progression Generate Revenue a Acquire New Customers for Life Division
Mandatory Attendance at all Meetings & Training Programs as decided from time to time by Management.
Ensure 3 Joint Calls are made on a daily basis.
Review with Reporting Manager on a Weekly basis.
Conduct Meetings with reporting agents on an ongoing basis.
Comply with all the Policies and Procedures laid down by the Company.
