JOB DIMENSION

Direct Reports: Senior Sales Manager -CC

  • Revenue: as BUDGETED , MVC as BUDGETED , Business Unit: CC , Location : Hyd, Telangana
  • CONTEXT ENVIRONMENT
  • Understanding market requirements and competitions , achieve sales with High end Technical Selling,
  • Sales budgeting, sales promotion, business development, customer care and commercial functions in
  • challenging business environment of Market.
  • The position required extensive traveling for visiting existing/new project customers, technical
  • specifiers ,distributors/Applicators/contractors .
  • Effectively represent the company at all times in order to enhance the image of the company and its
  • products thereby ensuring that agreed sales and margin targets are achieved or exceeded within
  • budgeted resource costs.
  • ACCOUNTABILITIES/MISSIONS
  • Identify Customers (Architects, Builders, Contractors)/ / Distributors / Projects/ Dealers/High Potential Territories
  • Increasing the Customer Base Month-on-Month
  • Inform Market on company’s Product range and its usage
  • Inform market pricing and terms offered by the company
  • Inform Management the current Market Operating Price of the Competitors
  • Regular customer visits, participating in exhibitions, product presentations and meets for product promotions and
  • ensuring display of POS materials at the outlets
  • Assess the competition regularly and keep the concerned informed on competitors activities
  • Regularly update on sales force his CVR and weekly, monthly reports and customer complaints
  • Responsible to Maintain a Healthy Profit Market feedback about our Range of Products Generate Sales and
  • Achieve/Exceed set targets on Month-on-Month Basis
  • Reports sent to Respective Managers as per Company’s Requirement, Periodically and on Time every time
  • Generate a customer pull by approaching Architects, Builders, Contractors, users / end customers / specifiers
  • Create Brand awareness in the market by periodically conducting BTL Activities as per the Company’s Norms.
  • Collect payments and relevant forms within the Due Dates/Credit Terms Agreed
  • Processing of the inquiries/ requests and preparation of quotes / offers.
  • Follow-up of offers and systematic recording of results.
  • Master data management of customer products/data
  • Build up customer relationship

PROFILE

Graduate with 5+ years Sales Marketing Experience in Construction Adhesives Chemicals and Building

Materials.
