Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an AR Caller at MedReck BPM located in Tirunelveli. As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for managing and collecting accounts receivable for our clients in the healthcare industry. You will be required to communicate with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers to ensure timely and accurate payment of outstanding balances.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience working as an AR Caller in the healthcare industry is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with healthcare billing software
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, coding, and billing practices is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Salary ranges from 16k to 20k based on interview performance
  • WORK FROM HOME opportunity available for selected candidates
