Job PurposeJob starts with recruitment of manpower and training them on Consumer LAP business. Catchment mapping to each of the DST’s is an important activity. Ensure productivity from DST’s and drive Consumer LAP business from Branch Banking channel. Also responsible for cross selling to the existing base and cross selling other bank products to the new customers.
