JOB DESCRIPTION

Area Sales Manager Responsibilities:

Requirements: Recharge and all sales expert in Fintech /Telecom industry (priority) Proven sales experience; sector-specific sales experience is preferred.

· To appoint master distributers in every assigned districts (5-6). On bordering a sales team of TSM for every district.

· Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.

· Working : 15 Master Distributor on boarding per month.

· Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of TSM of an assigned District. Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets. Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.

· Immediate joining.

· Managing a team of 5-6 TSM.

· Team experience preferred.

Package : Expense : 4,20,000 LPA to 7,20,000 LPA 15,000 PM plus travel expenses.
