Roles & Responsibilities:

BIS Research is looking for smart, self driven, entrepreneurial & flexible Business Development expert for building new business opportunities in Europe, North America and APAC regions.

The incumbent shall be responsible for International B2B business development and sales, managing global accounts and strategically developing new business for Market Intelligence.

• Initiating the engagement process at the C level executives in the defined geographies. To understand the strategic focus and intention of the current and future planning of clients. Following up with clients for closures.

• The incumbent will be an independent contributor & owing up revenue target for few industry practices

• Mentor, train & Supervise inbound & outbound teams and train them to effectively identify & build new business opportunities and thereby achieving individual & organizational targets

• Understand Market Intelligence Reports from various verticals and develop a robust sales strategy based on different requirements from clients.

• Retain the existing clients and further probe them to enhance business opportunities to increase customer lifetime value ( CLV) for the organization

• Work closely with executives, marketing,and research team to increase the Closure Ratio and Number of New Acquisitions and also to optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC)

• Active participation in generation of RFPs/RFQs for key accounts.

• Participate in industry events, sales meetings, training programs and conferences

• New account development for research products distinct within the operative verticals, & Manage,nurture & cultivate those accounts to ensure recurring revenue.


Skills Desired:

• Team Handling Experience will be an added advantage.

• Incumbent must have worked with B2B global sales industry

• Exposure to knowledge / research product will be an advantage

• Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong command in Power point presentations (PPTs)

• Should be able to demonstrate negotiation and pitching skills through past experience

• B.Tech and MBA
