Job Description for Associate -Research and Market Intelligence

About Research & Market Intelligence:
The Research & Market Intelligence team supports business development & digital services professionals to drive account execution, pursue new business and support our growth and market leadership strategy. The team provides support on various aspects of IT & staffing opportunities to the LOBs and leadership in the areas of staffing, healthcare & digital transformation. In return, you’ll receive the support and opportunities you need to succeed professionally and personally.

Job Responsibilities/Duties:

• Conducting research using a variety of online sources, databases such as Bloomberg, Hoovers, Thomson Reuters etc.
• Assist with secondary market research activities like companies list building, BD list, company research etc. as per business requirement.
• To help sales team by tracking companies’ activities in business and digital transformation.
• Prepare research analysis using data from multiple companies in different sectors covering their challenges, new initiatives, and strategies.
• Proactively monitors info from available data sources, keeps the business/market information current, and provides updated insights regularly.

Competencies required: (Knowledge, Skills & abilities)

• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word
• A meticulous and quality-oriented individual with an eye for detail
• Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail and quality

Education & experience:

• 2-3 years of marketing research experience
