Experience Requirements:

10+ years of experience working with a market research agency or industry in consumer research domain •

The incumbent must have practical experience of Project design and deliveries •

Candidates who have been handling brands amongst categories such as DURABLES, ELECTRONICS, IT, TELECOM, AUTOMOTIVE will be preferred.

Educational Qualifications:

Post Graduation in Statistics (Quant) / Psycology/Sociology (Qual) from a reputed institute

Profile Requirements:

A result-oriented professional with 10 plus years of experience in the field of B2C/B2B Market Research.

Should have worked closely with brand managers or research buyers in client side.

Responsible for overall research project management, clients interaction, design and delivery of research assignment.

Should be able to guide team towards client objective and ensuring desired deliveries of projects. Maintaining Accuracy, Timeline adherence and budget management.

A bridge between client and delivery team thus requires working in close liaison with both project demand and delivery clarity.

Work closely with SVP/VP towards organizational goals and mandates.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Spearheading Qualitative/Quantitative/Social/B2B domain.

Handling the internal team and mentoring them on Research practices and projects.

Working independently and planning day to day tasks for each team member.

Liaoning with the client to understand their requirement, to keep them involved in the study and sharing timely updates.

Use an appropriate and creative methodology to design and manage a research project.

Culling insights for presentations, use analytical tools for high end analytics.

Planning and executing the research activities including drafting of proposals, pre-bid presentations, kickoff meetings to ensure project deliveries (Incl. Design & Draft of Research Proposals, Analysis Plans, Getting Analysis tools and plans implemented, final editing and writing proposals ) Knowledge of various social sector solutions and hands-on experience of managing and coordinating with multiple teams Liaising with and directing the operation teams for field work Moderation Skills (Qualitative Only) Enhanced understanding of various tech platforms in project management, data analysis and visualization Handling Client queries and liaising with them to convert it into business. Appling a range of research techniques to gather relevant information, including document analysis, surveys, case studies and interviews

Thorough understanding of markets, research methodologies and techniques

Good organizer with the ability to prioritize and multi-task

Expertise in analytical skills and the ability to interpret research data accurately

Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills

Ability to hold stance and maintain a positive, motivational attitude, especially in challenging scenarios

Well-developed interpersonal skills for internal and external client

Ability to facilitate workshop sessions around the insights, personas, journey maps, etc

Ability to effectively communicate complex and/or controversial topics and concepts to a wide and diverse audience
