Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate Job portals, social sites, etc
  • Source and recruit appropriate candidates by using databases, social media, etc by understanding the nature and importance of the requirement
  • Screen candidates resume and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitude
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and other stake holders to create sourcing strategy
  • Build relationship with prospective candidates and evaluate them for right opportunity
  • Identify and build pipeline of passive candidates
  • Participate in internal meetings and provide insight
  • Scheduling, Follow-up, Coordination with the candidate to ensure show-up and feedback from the interviewer

  • Strong end to end experience in IT recruitment life cycle
  • Appreciates various developments / language / framework in Information Technology
  • Keep themselves updated with recent trends in technology and IT space
  • Believes in collaboration and teamwork
  • Ready to learn and take feedback
  • Must be target driven and must be able to thrive in a time pressure environment
