Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Follow Up, Attend to Clients and bring deals to closure
  • Achieve Monthly sales targets as set by the management
  • Generate leads through referrals
  • Service leads generated through digital, referral, and relevant sources.
  • Maintain daily reports of all calls done, site visits and follow up calls on CRM. Ensure 100% Compliance.
  • Keep upto date with the competition, micro-market, price movement, construction activities etc.
  • Share Ideas to improve sales

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • We are looking for a highly energetic, self-motivated individual to join our Sales team
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A computer literate with good presentation skills and a lot of drive/energy

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
