Job Requirements B.E. Electrical with 5 years of experience from Aluminium Casting .

Job Role :

Knowledge of E I Maintenance, Breakdown Trouble shooting skills in Aluminium Cast House.
Through Knowledge of Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of VFD make Allen Bradley PowerFlex, SIEMENS, NORDAC, Emerson Unidrive and Allen Bradley Control Logix PLC
Through Knowledge of Rockwell Automation software RS Logix 5000, RS Logix 500, Factory Talk View, Drive Configuration, SIEMATIC Drive Configuration
Knowledge of Field Instruments, Motors, MCC Panels and Control Valves, Troubleshooting of PLC Logix, VFD, HMI, Ethernet network, Controlnet etc.
Knowledge of Industrial network like controlnet, Ethernet, Modbus, Devicenet, Profibus
Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Furnace Electrical Instruments and MCC Panel
Perform improvement initiatives for reduction in downtime of equipment and participate in Kaizen and QC improvement projects.
Knowledge of Electrical Equipment s and understanding of Electrical Drawings.
Planning and Executing preventive maintenance schedules of equipment and perform improvement initiative to increase equipment up time and reliability.
Responsible for health check-up/Condition Based Monitoring of PLC system, Drives, Network System, PLC Server, Historian Server, System Redundancy, conduct RCA analysis to enhance the life of equipment.
Strong knowledge in instrumentation, automation and electrical control system.
Having knowledge of Pump house control system and EOT cranes (10 TON,32TON)
Good Industrial Automation Knowledge and ability to grasp quickly.
